Are you making dresses for your little ones? The only thing was that I could have got closer to the teeth so the zip was more hidden, but I am absolutely stoked with my first go!! Ive got a Viking and didnt think to use my buttonhole foot, I used my blind hem foot. I see a big problem with plastic feet. Best to remove stitches and fix it at this point than wait until youve sewn in the whole thing. Also, make sure its the metal foot designed for your machine. I dont have an invisible zipper foot so just used a normal zipper foot and stitched as close as I could get to the teeth. The edges of your fabric will meet and there should not be a gap between them. I would suggest finishing the seam allowance with a triple zigzag stitch to minimize any fraying which might cause the zipper application to fail further down the road, and marking the seamline so you have a guide to line up the zipper coil against.
